Minister Joan Griffith, native of the Island of Barbados relocated to the US 31 years ago. During this time she came to know God in a more powerful way. Although she did not fully understand everything, she kept on trusting God with the expectancy that one day God would cause her to rise to a place in him where she would experience him in greater measure.
Having received the call from God on three different occasions, she first attended Somerset Bible College. She later received her Minister License in June 2004 from the United Holy Church of America. Currently, she attends Mt. Carmel Holy Church under the leadership of her husband, Reverend Eversel Griffith.
God has surely answered her prayer. Being nurtured in a home of a praying mother, who has been a great influence and voice of encouragement to her. She has been her driving force to go forward and receive what God has predestined for her. Through her mother’s encouragement, Minister Griffith now holds a Bachelor’s in Theology.
Minister Griffith is a very proud parent of three lovely children, who she loves very much. Family which was instituted by God, is very important to her and has been a focal point of her ministry.
